Breath Easy

I am a chronic patient of allergic rhinitis and asthma for about 37 years. I have used various medicines including Steroids, but the problems could not be controlled effectively. Finally I started doing certain Mucus Dislodging Exercises for the past 10 years by which I am able to control the allergic rhinitis and asthma and other mucus related problems. The usage of steroids has completely dropped and usage of other medicines considerably got reduced.
Therefore, I have decided to release the said exercises for the benefit of the people who are suffering from common colds, sinusitis , bronchitis, allergic rhinitis , asthma and other mucus borne infectious problems. I am maintaining good physique and hence am able to do the exercises. Hence, I am of the opinion that people who are physically fit only can do these exercises. However, others also may try with proper care.
