What is lecithin and how is it derived?
So if someone is allergic to soya, should they avoid lecithin?

What about hydrolysed vegetable protein (HVP)? Does it present a risk for people with peanut allergy?

I have heard that peanut-allergic people must avoid E471 and E472. Is this true?
