I think this was the best article I have read on food allergy. I should know, I have had hives from food for the past 5 years. Your site was informative, without going into too much detail. Thus it led to a true understanding of the food allergy situation for the lay person. Clare Flocco

Allergy and Asthma FAQ Home Page
80%
This is an informal gathering of the net wisdom on allergies and asthma. It contains links to various (Web and non-Web) sources of information. This started as the misc.kids Allergy and Asthma FAQ, so a certain amount of this information is geared towards parents, but there is plenty of information for adults, too.
Contains general information, allergy and asthma resources, book reviews and allergy recipes.
Very extensive site but not easy on the eye.

Your information is now inaccurate - many studies now show that population with very low intake of cows milk have the best rates of bone density in the world - they are NOT getting their calcium in the way the people of USA and New Zealand are...and look how much oestoporosis occurs in USA and NZ. Refer to the recent China study for confirmation that high dairy diets are not recommended now for good bone density. A diet rich in Legumes, green vegetables, fruit and plenty of exercise (some moderate but regular exposure to sunlight)build the best bones in the world. Rom: Jenny Rielly

Casein in Processed Foods & Products
67%
A milk protein called casein could be the cause of unnecessary suffering for those allergic to dairy products. It is used in many processed foods and products, many times as a hidden ingredient.
The presence of casein in processed foods can cause people with an allergy to go into anaphylaxis, a life threatening reaction.
