Your commentsSo glad to see that people are starting to expose the deadly Aspartame for what it is--a very serious health threat to those who ingest it. We need to do more research into aspartame's role in diseases such as brain seizures, eye disorders, blindness, kidney failure, and so on. What is TRULY disturbing and frightening is the fact that the company, that manufactures/sells Aspartame is also now in the PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS.... and, ironically if not diabolically!, the very company whose products are creating health problems for some of us is the same company SELLING US DRUGS to "heal" the conditions its toxic chemicals have caused. Does this sound SUSPECT? In a word, YES! We need more exposure of the connections not only between aspartame and illness, but also the connections between Monsanto's deadly toxic substances and its marketed "medicines"! From:?

I believe that it is helpful to get comfortable with a number of different sweeteners. You can focus on one or two main sweeteners and use others to add a little variety to your food. For healing and disease preventation it is preferable to use the safer sweeteners listed below in relatively *small* amounts and primarily not near mealtime.
